Welcome to TMN

By creating an account and using Tiny Mighty News, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain language and they matter.

1. Who can use TMN

TMN is open to anyone 13 or older. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover a user is under 13, their account will be removed and their data deleted.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, and everything posted under it. Keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3. You own your content

Anything you post on TMN — stories, photos, videos, voice reports — belongs to you. You are free to republish your own content anywhere you choose, including your personal website, WhatsApp, or social media.

4. The license you give TMN

By posting content on TMN, you grant Tiny Mighty News a free, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Publish and display your content on the TMN platform
• Distribute your content across TMN's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others
• Translate your content into other languages
• Edit your content for clarity, length, or formatting — without changing its meaning
• Monetize your content through advertising, sponsored content, and other revenue streams

Once submitted, content cannot be edited or deleted by the user. If you believe your content contains an error or needs to be removed for a legitimate reason, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request.

5. What you are responsible for

By posting on TMN, you confirm that:

• The content is yours or you have the right to share it
• It does not violate anyone else's copyright or privacy
• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• It complies with TMN's Community Standards

TMN uses AI and human editors to verify content before publication. However, the user who submits content is ultimately responsible for its accuracy. While we do our best to catch errors and misinformation, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every report. TMN is a platform that facilitates community journalism — not a publisher with editorial control over every submission.

6. What TMN can do

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates our Community Standards
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly violate our terms
• Report illegal content to the appropriate authorities

We will always try to act fairly and will notify you if your account is at risk.

7. No guarantees

TMN is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Section 230 Notice

TMN is an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. We are not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content and are not legally responsible for content posted by our users.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of TMN after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
